On receipt of the goods it is important to check the packaging. Any damage to the packaging or the goods, or any missing items must be reported to the carrier. Damaged goods must be rejected. They will be replaced at no additional cost for the buyer.<br \/>\nIf damage to the packaging is slight and you decide to accept the goods, you must write on the transport document &#8220;signed with reserve for damages&#8221; and describe the obvious damage to the packaging on the delivery document. This allows you to check the integrity of the goods after delivery, without losing the right to replacement if the material is not intact after opening the package. If the courier does not find anyone on the place communicated by the customer on the first delivery attempt, they will make a second attempt the next day. If again they do not find anyone, the goods are stored by the courier and remain in storage for 10 days.
