• Delivery and shipping costs
Reproductions will be delivered by our courier carriage paid. Shipment takes about 2-4 working days. The courier ensures deliveries on the Italian mainland within 24/48 hours, while for Calabria and the islands in 48/72 hours. The buyer pays shipping and insurance costs of € 20.00 for Italy. Deliveries are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 so it is necessary to indicate an address where there is always someone authorised to receive the goods.

For European countries below, deliveries are made in 48/96 hours at a cost of Euro 30.00: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Brittany, Greece, Liechtenstein, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Hungary.

• Shipments
The goods are insured against any kind of transport damage. On receipt of the goods it is important to check the packaging. Any damage to the packaging or the goods, or any missing items must be reported to the carrier. Damaged goods must be rejected. They will be replaced at no additional cost for the buyer.
If damage to the packaging is slight and you decide to accept the goods, you must write on the transport document “signed with reserve for damages” and describe the obvious damage to the packaging on the delivery document. This allows you to check the integrity of the goods after delivery, without losing the right to replacement if the material is not intact after opening the package. If the courier does not find anyone on the place communicated by the customer on the first delivery attempt, they will make a second attempt the next day. If again they do not find anyone, the goods are stored by the courier and remain in storage for 10 days. To avoid the goods being returned to the sender, they can be collected free of charge from the courier’s storage or you can arrange a new delivery at an additional cost of € 8.00, within these 10 days.
