1 • Object
Sales by Memphiscom snc, P.IVA 01749290431 registered in the Chamber of Commerce of Macerata, REA 178211 and holder of the “Signum frescoes” trademark, to the purchaser, including through the Internet, are concluded at the Memphiscom snc office in Largo ‘815 n. 12 – Tolentino (MC).

2 • Products
The reproductions of Signum frescoes are handcrafted, each work is therefore unique and different from the others. Irregular edges and the base as well as surface aging are characteristics of the craftsmanship and materials used. There may be small differences in format compared to the declared measures. Keep out of direct sunlight, which can cause alter the print colours. Memphiscom snc reserves the right to make any changes to the products without prior notice.

3 • Warranty
All items we produce are carefully checked before shipping. Damage caused by improper use, exposure to direct sunlight or damp environments are not covered by any warranty. We do not accept returns of goods unless authorised: in any case these must be carriage paid. If there are manufacturing defects the goods will be replaced without any additional shipping costs for the buyer and the transport costs for returning the item will be reimbursed.

4 • Payments
We accept payments through:

• Wire transfer
• PayPal

If you need to use a different payment method, please let us know by email before making the purchase. We will find a solution that suits your needs.

We ship orders after receiving the credit in our bank account.
If you pay by bank transfer the credit can take 1 to 10 days from payment depending on your bank. We will send an email when the order will be shipped.

5 • Unpaid orders
Once the order is placed you have 15 days to make the payment. After this period the order will be cancelled.

6 • Delivery and shipping costs
Reproductions will be delivered by our courier carriage paid. Shipment takes about 2-4 working days. The courier ensures deliveries on the Italian mainland within 24/48 hours, while for Calabria and the islands in 48/72 hours. The buyer pays shipping and insurance costs of € 20.00 for Italy. Deliveries are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 so it is necessary to indicate an address where there is always someone authorised to receive the goods.

For European countries below, deliveries are made in 48/96 hours at a cost of Euro 30.00: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Brittany, Greece, Liechtenstein, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Hungary.

For the shipping cost to any other destination please ask us for a non-binding quote and we will reply as soon as possible. Please ask as follows:

• Complete the order by adding the items to the cart.
• Calculate the shipment on the cart page.
• Click on the “request a quote” button.
• Complete and send the “request a quote” form.

7 • Shipments
The goods are insured against any kind of transport damage. On receipt of the goods it is important to check the packaging. Any damage to the packaging or the goods, or any missing items must be reported to the carrier. Damaged goods must be rejected. They will be replaced at no additional cost for the buyer.
If damage to the packaging is slight and you decide to accept the goods, you must write on the transport document “signed with reserve for damages” and describe the obvious damage to the packaging on the delivery document. This allows you to check the integrity of the goods after delivery, without losing the right to replacement if the material is not intact after opening the package. If the courier does not find anyone on the place communicated by the customer on the first delivery attempt, they will make a second attempt the next day. If again they do not find anyone, the goods are stored by the courier and remain in storage for 10 days. To avoid the goods being returned to the sender, they can be collected free of charge from the courier’s storage or you can arrange a new delivery at an additional cost of € 8.00, within these 10 days.

8 • Returns
Any defective material, upon communication and agreement with Memphiscom snc, must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging to our address. The fresco will be immediately examined by us. Any defects attributable to us will be replaced and returned completely at our expense.

9 • Right of withdrawal
The purchaser can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of goods by sending an e-mail or a registered letter with return receipt to Memphiscom Snc, largo ‘815 n. 12 – 62029 Tolentino (MC), including:
– a clear intention to withdraw by using the benefits granted by law,
– an indication of the product and the reason for withdrawal,
– details of the tax document issued at the time of delivery,
– details for payment of the reimbursement, the name of the financial institution and the Iban Code.
For reimbursement of the consideration, at their own expense the purchaser must return to the sender, within the term of 14 days from receipt of goods, the product for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. The goods must be accompanied by the tax document attached at the time of delivery. To exercise of the right of withdrawal the products must be returned intact and in the original packaging.
Having checked the integrity of the goods, we will refund the price of the product under the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receipt of these goods The costs of our shipment and of the return will not be reimbursed, therefore they will be borne by the buyer.

10 • Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the sole jurisdiction will be the Court of Macerata, Italy.
